easy run
did 39mins only
ran on concrete floor, not grass
felt extreme muscle soreness in arms
a bit on the back muscles too
didn't finish exercises

Tuesday, 2pm, RI gym

did gym workout for the first time.
started out light.
couldn't complete the pull-up workout even with 43kg assistance
biceps and triceps died the next day

Monday, 3.30pm, RJC

Slept late the previous night, hence tired.
ate pasta at 2.30pm, could have suffered from indigestion.
fartlek, 10 rounds of 2x100m sprints
drizzling slightly, no sun.
felt very lethargic while running.
wasn't running fast, yet could feel very the process being inefficient.
still managed to finish, but wasn't comfortable at all.

Saturday, 8am, Macritchie reservoir

played a lot of soccer on friday
ate macs at 11pm last night
slept at 12.30am
woke up at 7am
felt tired
wanted to pb, but due to fatigue decided otherwise
12km
from the start tried to relax and followed cho-han
overtook guan lin on the first upslope after u-turn
didn't really push, just kick.
tried to run efficiently
somehow ended up running fast.
wore my previously retired ds-trainer
was raining
splits were 17.36mins, 16.06 mins, and 18.10mins.
total: 51.54mins
new pb
previous pb set half a year ago (53.15mins)
shed a whole 1min 20 secs off
very happy
but legs died later
