Monday, 8am, Pandan reservoir

5km fast run.
did a time of 21.07.
very good time,
considering a week ago, lost to sec 1s in fast run.
had little sleep last night, ate nasi lemak for breakfast.
knee pain.
turns out its because my ligament is strained.
supposedly, the ligament in my knee cannot match the growth of my bones,
so its overstretched, strained and inflamed.
resulting in pain everytime i land on my right leg, even when i walk.
supposedly only felt by growing, active teenagers (me)
bothered by it during warm-up.
disappeared after 2km, but appeared again when cooling down.
still, didn't prevent me from running a good time.

Saturday, 745am, Macritchie reservoir

12km long run.
did 58.25, which is not bad for a first week back.
skipped thursday training due to lack of sleep and blisters.
felt quite tired.
was aiming just to go under an hour.
had knee pains in the late afternoon even when walking.

Wednesday, 8am, RI

easy run.
did indoors, didn't wear socks.
had blisters afterwards

Monday, 8am, Macritchie reservoir

4km fast run.
first training after holiday.
wore new shoes, which was a mistake
had knee pains and all the nonsense.
did a time of about 19mins.
well, first training.

Thursday, 3.30pm, RJC

fartlek
100m sprint, 100m rest, 10 rounds
did with araunah ornan and zhiming
not counting 1st round, averaged 15-16secs for sprint.
felt very tired after workout.
aching.
need a rest.
a very long rest.

Wednesday, 9am, RI field

easy run.
didn't intend to go
but felt guilty so in the end just went
a hour late though
did 33 mins alone, did not complete

Tuesday, 8am, RI gym

gym.
did 3 cycles as instructed instead of 4
did the same weight as the week before
did not feel ache
ok.
